Essential oils for Women
Today we want to mention the essential oils that most benefit women, since ancient times women have sought knowledge on how plants could heal their own bodies, they also distilled some plants from which they could obtain essential oils; these would become the hormones of plants, each drop of them contains a large complexity of active substances, therefore they must always be diluted in low doses in a vegetable carrier oil such as olive or jojoba oil like the one we use in our synergies.

Neroli and Orange –Citrus aurantium, Citrus sinensis:
The orange blossom is known as Orange Blossom or Neroli, it has a unique and vigorous aroma and is one of the most precious essential oils. In general, all citrus fruits (bergamot, mandarin, orange, lemon, grapefruit, lime, yuzu) are powerful antidepressants, aphrodisiacs and antiseptics; They are associated with the sacral chakra and the solar plexus chakra and help to connect with joy and innocence quickly. They are highly indicated to combat anxiety and stress and during premenstrual syndrome.
Ylang Ylang – Cananga odorata:
It reduces sexual anxiety, is aphrodisiac, hypotensive, relaxes and helps to know yourself in depth. The essential oil is extracted from a flower, and its name means “flower of flowers”, it helps to discover what makes us unique. It is ideal for letting go of mind control and letting things happen.
Rose of Damasc –Rosa damascena:
Relieves menstrual cramps and is a powerful antidepressant. It symbolizes the center of the world and signifies rebirth and regeneration. The Rose comforts, opens the heart (the center of the universe) and heals her emotional wounds. It helps to restore feminine energy in both sexes: receptivity, sweetness, affection, empathy.
Sweet marjoram – Origanum majorana:
Relieves all kinds of pain and also menstrual, soothing, revitalizing, takes away the anguish … At an energetic level, it balances the heart chakra, anchors you to the present moment and if you add lavender and sage, you have a fantastic mixture for dysmenorrhea, using it during the interval between the periods.
Clary sage – Salvia sclarea:
Salvia means “cure” or “save”, and for many cultures it is a sacred herb. Used by healers, shamans and alchemists as a visionary plant and capable of distinguishing good from evil. Its scent helps us to integrate with the entire universe, with the power to lead us to divine illumination. Medicinally it is an important regulator of hormonal cycles in women and an aphrodisiac. Should be avoided in estrogen treatments and in pregnancy and lactation.
Jasmine – Jasminum offininale sambac:
Pelargonium graveolens: Helps cope with difficult situations.
